Lunaessence's Spring Giveaway 2 Ends 5/24/10

Hello everyone :)

Welcome to Lunaessence's Spring Giveaway 2 !!!

This week's theme is Through the Eyes of a Child .

To be creative we all at one point or another get in touch with our inner child. This gets more difficult the more we mature.
My daughter brought home her art project a very colorful church. It has inspired me to stay in touch with my inner child when I create or better yet to keep myself in touch with my joyful , child like self.

Hmmm you say, well this is how it will go .

1) Follow this Blog !

2) Go to my shop find and heart your favorite piece.

3) Come back here and comment what part of the child in you the item or shop inspired.
Looking forward to reading your comments !
See you next Monday with the winner 5/24/10

  1. How is it that I wasn't already following your blog???? Anywho I am now :)
And this I love the Wire Wrapped Botswana Agate
I have always had a fascination for Agates, since we used to rockhound and polish stones when I was a girl.

  2. I am already a follower :-)

    This is my favorite piece

I guess the inner child in liking to play dressup!

    Have a great day!

  3. Great Giveawy! I am following your blog. :)

  4. I am following!

  5. I'm already a follower

It's VERY hard to pick a favorite from your shop. I'd have to say this one

As far as my inner reminds me of drawing a sun in all the pictures I used to make for my mom. Sun's were one of my favorite things.

  6. This pendant is my favorite of the moment. So pretty and It reminds me of the butterscotch candies I used to get from my Grandpa

  7. Ok I love the banded Druzy Agate Pendant. The colors remind me of my favorite outfit my mom made for me when I was a child. It was a bathing suit with the cover up. She had some material left and made me a throw/towel. No on could tell me I wasn't cute! I just knew I would wear that forever!

  8. The Goldstone Rose Pendant reminds me of my favorite camp - was there most weekends growing up. Lots of decomposed granite up there - camp has now been sold to a Korean church group but they allowed me one last visit to say goodbye. I sat and absorbed the quiet, the wind rustling the trees, and everywhere I looked the ground sparkled just like goldstone from the mica in the granite. It is the place I retreat to in my mind when I need to "get away". Thanks for bringing a great memory to life. The camp was just sold last year - I'm 52 and spent many happy times there.

  9. I am a follower because I love your designs! As for the piece that brought out my inner child, it would be this:

It reminds me of a happy time with my family at the beach and the gold color of the stone reminds me of the sun we played in there.

  10. Wow I am blown away by all of your responses. Tonight my 10 year old daughter will pick the winner. See you then :D Diana
