Whew one day past the Harvest Full Moon and I got thru it without any pressure building and bursting as I had to do a lot of deep breathing and relaxation to unwind the building energies .

Some people are very sensitive to energy and feel it , some aren't quite sure what it is they are feeling until they been enlightened to the energies .
